I first stumbled across the Electric President in, of all things, an advertisement for Altoids. The background track playing was "Monster". It reminded me of a particular tale of a Red Coat and a wolf... where the wolf was not necessarily a wolf and the monster, not necessarily the usual suspect.

So I tracked it down.
